Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier (USPS). They are not guaranteed delivery dates. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Carrier Delays

We are not able to guarantee delivery by a specific date and are not responsible for carrier delays once a package is in transit. If your tracking shows your package is delayed, please allow a few additional days, as most delayed packages are still delivered.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us at doggiehush14@gmail.com and we will make it right with a replacement or resolution.
