We offer a 30-day calm guarantee from the date of delivery. If your dog doesn't show measurable improvement within 30 days of consistent use, you may return the product for a refund.

To start a return

Email doggiehush14@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund terms

Refunds cover the product price, minus the original shipping fee and a $4.90 return label fee.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
The product must be returned in its original condition.
Damaged or defective items are refunded in full, including all shipping costs.

Return shipping

For approved returns, we provide a return shipping label for your convenience. A $4.90 return label fee, along with the original shipping cost, is deducted from your refund. Damaged or defective items are fully covered at no cost to you.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.
