Final Sale Policy — Exchanges Only
Doggie Hush is currently on an end-of-year stock clearance. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. We will, however, gladly exchange your Doggie Hush for a different size within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in original condition.
Size exchanges
If your Doggie Hush doesn't fit, email doggiehush14@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We'll respond within 2 business days with exchange instructions.
- Product must be unused, clean, and returned in its original packaging.
- Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility.
- One exchange per order.
- Subject to stock availability during clearance.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — including return shipping.
No refunds
To keep pricing low during this clearance, we are not able to issue refunds for change of mind, sizing errors, or dogs that do not accept the earmuffs. Please only order if you accept this final-sale policy.
